To apply to have your vehicle displayed at one of our events you MUST complete the form below. Once you submit your vehicle application and photos your application will be sent to the review team for consideration. Please keep in mind that not all vehicles are accepted and some are added to a waitlist when the display area for your model/style of vehicle is already at capacity.
Our goal is to review all applications within 72 hours. You are not charged for your application submission, however once your vehicle application is approved you will automatically be charged ensuring your display spot. You will receive a receipt once approved and you will need this receipt to enter staging and gain access to the display field. Be sure to chek your SPAM folder after your submission and whitelist our emails. If you receive no reply, use the General Contact Form by Clicking Here to reach us.
A note on judging: Not all vehicles qualify to be judged. Typically newer vehicles will not qualify unless they are SEMA or have had modifications/upgrades done to them that would make them stand out from a similar newer vehicle.
Note: Be sure to select the CORRECT CITY you wish to display at and review your form before clicking the “SUBMIT” button. DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE FORM PER VEHICLE. THIS MAY RESULT IN YOU BEING CHARGED TWICE.
