This car is equipped with its original 327/340 HP engine, original Borg Warner 4 speed transmission, leather seats, power brakes, power windows and Wonderbar AM-FM radio. This car was displayed in the Bob McDorman Collection (Ohio) in the 1970′s, and on loan to the Gilmore Car Museum in Michigan (1998 – 2006).

 St. Petersburg, FL (February 2012) – The Festivals of Speed will return to St. Petersburg March 30^th through April 1^st marking their 9^th year of bringing the world’s most exotic automobiles, aircraft, motorcycles, watercraft, and the best in luxury lifestyle to the Tampa Bay area. Throughout this anticipated weekend, a rare showcase of vintage and contemporary automotive design, custom-created motorcycles, and high performance boats and yachts will be set amongst lavish receptions, fine wine and spirits tastings, world class entertainment, and more leading up to the large-scale main event on the beautiful St. Petersburg waterfront Sunday. Due to a huge showing of vehicles and attendees in 2011, Festivals of Speed has again expanded this event to include Vinoy Park, Spa Beach, The Renaissance Vinoy Marina, North Straub Park, Bay Street Dr, 5th Ave NE, and Bayshore Drive NE now spanning across the entire beautiful waterfront at the Renaissance Vinoy Hotel & Golf Club.

The weekend will commence with the Luxury Lifestyle Jet Port Reception set for March 30^th. Guests enjoy vibrant cocktails from a premium brands open bar and indulge in sumptuous, themed food displays while experiencing the world’s most exotic vehicles in an actual aircraft hangar at Tampa International Airport. Also on Saturday, the Festivals of Speed will be operating VIP Ride and Drives, specialty vehicle displays, and an exclusive Wine Connoisseur’s reception featuring the signature wines of the weekend which include Adobe Road, Opus One, Cakebread, and Meiomi.

The main event sponsored by Bert Smith Porsche on Sunday, April 1^st will be held in Downtown St. Petersburg’s waterfront and The Renaissance Vinoy Marina. Among many other unique vehicles, attendees will experience automotive designs by Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche, Aston-Martin, BMW, Mercedes, McLaren, and more and while encountering fine wines, exciting culinary offerings, robust cigars, smooth jazz, and luxury lifestyle displays featuring fine jewelry and timepieces.  Guests who appreciate the VIP lifestyle can purchase tickets to a beautiful pavilion lounge to indulge in an array of fine foods and premium alcohol.  In past years, the Festivals of Speed has drawn numbers of well over 10,000 attendees and 300 collector vehicles to St. Petersburg. SIXTH ANNUAL FESTIVALS OF SPEED at THE RITZ-CARLTON ORLANDO SELLS OUT

ORLANDO, FL (December, 2011) – Festivals of Speed, the preeminent authority on luxury transportation showcases, returned to the renowned Five-Diamond rated Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes on November 13, 2011 for yet another exciting Festivals of Speed showcase of the world’s most exotic automobiles, aircraft, motorcycles and watercraft. Attendees came in the masses to view magnificent arrangement of some of the rarest in vintage and contemporary automotive design to benefit the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

The Festivals of Speed Orlando commenced with a lavish Jetport Reception Friday, October 7th, followed by a VIP  Wine Connoisseur’s Dinner & Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Tasting Experience at the award winning restaurant PRIMO and concluded with the motorsports compilation display on the perfectly manicured lawns of the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Sunday, November 13th. The weekend presented guests with an exclusive in-depth look at some of most expensive and bespoke transportation ever designed.

In addition to the many other world class vehicles on display over the three day event, the Lexus LFA, 2012 Lamborghini Aventador, Hennessey Venom GT, Koenigsegg CCX, and a stunning collection of collector vehicles from names like Packard, Ferrari, Maserati, Jaguar, Aston-Martin, Ducati, Rolls-Royce, Cadillac, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz were showcased. Award winners included Best of Show presented to Mr. Emmet Smith for his 1959 Aston Martin DB Mk III and The Ritz-Carlton Cup presented to Rocky & Henry Grady for their 1958 Tojeiro Jaguar TAD 1-58.
